As a result of the extensive media campaign, which is planned to both promote the event
and focus attention on the situation in Darfur, sponsors will be recognized on all promotional
material. Depending on the level of sponsorship, sponsors will receive a number of
complimentary passes to this wonderful event and to a pre-event reception with keynote
speakers, musicians and artists. Finally, we are expecting that the high profile nature of the
event will also generate substantial day of the event media coverage.

Premier Event Sponsor: $25,000 or greater. You will be recognized as one
of the Premier underwriters of the evening. Signs with your logo recognizing your status
will be prominently displayed at the event. Your logo or name will appear on all event
promotional material and will receive special mention in the day of event materials. You will
be recognized during the program for your exceptional commitment to helping end the
crisis in Darfur. You will receive complimentary passes for 10 of your employees and/or
clients to attend both the reception and event. You will also receive a full page
advertisement on the cover of the day-of-event program.
Day of event Sponsor: $15,000.00 or greater.
You will be recognized as one of the underwriters of the evening. Signs with your logo
recognizing your status as a day of the event sponsor will be prominently displayed at the
event. Your logo or name will appear on all event promotional material and will receive
special mention in the day of event materials. You will receive complimentary passes for 10
of your employees and/or clients to attend both the reception and event. You will also get a
prominent full page advertisement in the day-of-event program.
Platinum: $5,000.00 donation or greater.
Your logo or name will appear on all event promotional material and will receive special
mention in the day of event materials. You will receive complimentary passes for 10 of your
employees and/or clients to attend both the reception and event. You will also get a
prominent full page advertisement in the day-of-event program.
Gold: $2500.00.
Your name will appear on all promotional materials. You will receive complimentary passes
for 4 of your employees and/or clients to attend the reception and 4 of your employees
and/or clients to attend the event. You will also get a full page advertisement in the
day-of-event program.
Silver: $1,000.00. Your name will appear as a sponsor on all promotional materials.
You will receive complimentary passes for 2 of your employees and/or clients to attend the
reception and to attend the event. You will also get a half page advertisement in the
day-of-event program.
